Atlas Recruitment was founded by Gavin Smith in Tokyo in 2019, following recruitment roles in Singapore and Tokyo. Gavin has worked in Japan's investment recruitment market since 2013, building long-standing relationships with professionals throughout their careers and supporting investment firms as they have established and grown their Japan businesses.
Today, Gavin personally leads Atlas's client and candidate work across Japan's private markets, working with global and domestic investment firms on individual hires, team builds and senior searches.
