We work with private capital investors across buyout, private credit and special situations strategies, ranging from established global firms to domestic investors and new entrants to Japan.
Our coverage also extends to growth equity and capital solutions, including structured and hybrid capital, PIPEs and selected secondary transactions such as GP-led solutions.
HOW WE WORK
Japan's private equity and private credit talent pools are relatively concentrated, so our searches are typically targeted and relationship-led. We work with existing investment professionals and candidates transitioning from investment banking, principal investing and management consulting.
Our work ranges from Associate and Vice President hiring through to senior investment and value creation appointments. Many searches are confidential and are not advertised publicly.
